The AquaClean system is a unique system that allows for streak free and in most cases a spot free window without using squeegees or soaps. The 48" carbon fiber pole allows us to access your windows up to 50 ft. without leaving the ground or accessing the rooftop. What this means to you is less liabability since no ladders are being used. The following is a discription about what it does and how it works.
Tap Water flows from the tap into the five (5) micron Polypropylene filter, which filters suspended solids. To compare the size of 5 microns, human hair is typically around 80 microns.
The 1st stage is a 4 ½” x 10” size 5 micron prefilter sediment cartridge which removes the majority of dirt, rust and debris larger than 5 microns.
The 2nd stage is a 4 ½” x 10” size Granulated Activated Carbon prefilter and is combined with a KDF patented media for 10x longer life than a regular carbon media. It also acts as an anti-scaling device. It reduces chlorine in the water supply.
The 3rd stage is a ¾” diameter 5-10 GPM Anti-Scaling Device. The Anti-Scaling Device works to suspend the calcium in the water as it passes through, causing the scale not to stick to the reverse osmosis unit.
The Water then flows into the Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane in the 4th stage. The RO membrane separates the water into two parts. The water is forced through the membrane with standard water pressure
psi), which removes approximately 92 to 95% of the total dissolved solids. The membrane produces approximately .7 gallons of semi pure water a minute.
FroFrom the RO membrane the water flows through the De-Ionization Cartridge (DI) cartridge, in the 5th stage. This removes the remaining total dissolved solids making the water 99.999% pure.
Fro. A 12 volt switched pump delivers the water to the hose reel that have 100’ of hose on the reel.
PuPure water will not spot or streak windows as there are no impurities in the water to cause spotting. With the Aquaclean poles by Ettoreâ, exterior work can be completed up to 75% quicker than the conventional method in most cases. Not only will the windows shine, the glass trimwill also be cleaned.
